For more than a century, the Avenida de la Libertad has been the city’s main shopping street alongside the Boulevard. It has been home to the best hotels, cafés, fashion shops, and jewellers. It is located right in the centre of San Sebastian, between the Buen Pastor Cathedral and Plaza Gipuzkoa. The Avenue connects the Puente de Sta. Catalina with the emblematic Playa de la Concha.
